Yes, you can email your order to info@eusigns.co.uk. Please select your signs and email us the SKU numbers or product names. You can order custom sizes and designs. Give us a small brief of text and size and we will email back your custom design for approval.
How can I get files to you?
You can email them to info@eusigns.co.uk. If the file is larger than 8MB you can use dropbox or Wetransfer.
Do you do design work?
Yes we have three in-house graphic designers and one in-house web-designer.
Will you match a competitors quote?
We’ll take a look at the quote and work out what materials, methods and installation
procedures you have been quoted on and see what we can do.
We can only compare ‘apples with apples’, we don’t and won’t do ‘junk jobs’.
What if I have a budget?
We’ll look at different ideas and give you options on how to meet your budget.
What if something is wrong with my sign from EU Signs Ltd?
If something is wrong, noworries we’ll make it right… it’s that simple.
Our client wants to see a sign construction drawing, what do I do?
We can supply detailed drawings in those instances along with detailed artwork.
How do I know my sign will look and be made the way I want?
You’ll get a detailed layout of your sign to approve before we start production.
Does EU Signs make all the signs themselves or do they outsource?
Most of our production is in-house. That’s the only way we’ve found to get the quality we want whilst keeping the cost down for our customers. Of course there are some rare products that we outsource. We aim to outsource to a company that we can control the production process so we will match the in-house quality standards..
Will I be able to talk to someone about my order?
Yes, due to your request we will contact you after you place your order to discuss and organise your requirements.

What discounts do you offer?
The unit price and discount based on order quantity. If you require discount, for a bulk, large order, or would like us to match the price form a another supplier please contact us on info@eusigns.co.uk.
Do you offer trade account?
Yes, you can apply for a trade account. If you want to apply for a trader account please email your company details to sales@eusigns.co.uk and request a trader account application form.
Is there a limit to how much I can purchase ?
There is no minimum quantity. As long as you pay the delivery and handling fee you may order any quantity you want. If you are local then you can come and collect from our trade counter and there will be no delivery charge. Please select collection during check out.
Will I be contacted when I have placed my order ?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. If you want to discuss your order in detail, please request a call back on the note section of the check-out. Please don’t forget to write best available phone number.

How do I change my address details?
You are able to manage your contact details from the My Account page. Alternatively, you can send an email with your old address details and new address details to info@eusigns.co.uk.

Please email us your email and we will immediately delete your account from our server.
We aim to deliver all in stock products within up to 2 working days. Custom items may take 5-7 working days of artwork’s approval being confirmed. Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Definitely! EU Signs is located in Unit 6, Stirling Industrial Centre, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 2BT. If pickup is easier for you than shipping, please choose customer pickup as your shipping method at checkout

We can not do same day delivery for some products such as vehicle graphics and banners because ink needs time to dry before lamination.
If your order require installation we should check our schedule and make an appointment. We can not do same day installation.
We can do same day delivery 3 miles around WD6.
