Direct Delivery to Your Premises

EU Signs Ltd directly delivers to Greater London and areas 10 miles to WD6 2BT. We prefer directly delivering bulk orders for quality purposes anywhere in the UK mainland. Please ensure the delivery address is precise, and somebody is on the premises to meet our delivery driver. Please supply a delivery phone number if we need to contact you during delivery. Collection Option

We offer a collection option from our premises for those who prefer to pick up their orders directly. Select this option during checkout, and the delivery charge will be waived. We’ll notify you via email when your item is ready for collection, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

Delivery Policy

• We strive for on-time delivery, but please note that delivery times may vary, and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
• Please report any shortages, damage, or non-delivery by phone within 48 hours, followed by written confirmation within three working days of dispatch.
• Claims require the courier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) and a delivery note marked accordingly if goods are signed as unchecked, short, or damaged.
• We recommend checking all deliveries upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for any discrepancies or damages not reported during delivery.

Shipping Fees & Packaging

Our shipping fees are meticulously calculated to include handling, packing, and postage costs. While handling fees are fixed, transportation fees may vary based on the total weight of the shipment. To minimize shipping fees, we suggest consolidating your purchases into a single order. Please note that separate orders will incur individual shipping fees. Although your package will be dispatched at your own risk, we take special care to protect fragile items. Your goods will be securely packed in suitably sized boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
